Returns

Are you not satisfied with the order you received or did you receive a defective item? Then we will solve that for you! All business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal. 

A cancellation, change or addition to your order is effective once you have received confirmation of this by email or telephone. If this is not the case, the order will be shipped as originally placed. Any return costs or shipping costs for a new order will be charged to our customer. 

There are 2 types of returns, namely:

  1. Right of return within 30 days
  2. Return because of defective / wrong product

1: Conditions for returns within 30 days (Return costs are at the customer's expense at all times.)

Should you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal, you may return the products without specifying any conditions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the trader with all the accessories delivered and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. For the fastest possible processing of your return, we ask you to inform us by the form below.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have another 30 days to return your product. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. Returns are always at your own risk, even if there are problems with the carrier.

Remarks:

There is no user damage visible, either on the product or on the packaging
There is no question of a custom-made product, such as products that have been specially printed or modified for the customer

Refund

If the returned products meet the above conditions, we will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping costs from the sender (Dartshopper), to your bank, credit card or PayPal account within 30 days after receipt of the cancellation declaration. If you have used Klarna, we will reduce the amount of the returned goods on this account. You will receive a credit invoice via e-mail. If the returned product(s) do not meet our return conditions, the purchase amount will not be credited and we will contact you about this.

2: Return due to defective / wrong product

Are your ordered items defective, damaged or wrongly delivered? We will solve this for you as soon as possible! Register your return via our returns portal and clearly state what is wrong. Try to add a picture so that we can clearly see what is wrong. 

After your return has been registered, we will immediately start assessing the request and will keep you informed.

Dartshopper Returns Portal

You can use the Dartshopper returns portal to return your order with at a reduced rate.

Step 1: Go to our returns portal (click here) and log in with your order number (ORD) + postal code.

Step 2: Follow all the steps until you receive a return label

Step 3: Make sure the return is well packed, the product is in its original packaging and stick the received return label on the package and deliver it to a DPD service point.

Step 4: As soon as we have received the return shipment, we will make sure that the purchase amount will be refunded to the account within 30 days.

*We advise you to return the product in its original packaging. This packaging serves to protect the product during transport, so that you can return the product to us undamaged.
